Loaded breakfast toast

Quick and easy, healthy and protein packed. Not to mention, high fiber and omegas. 

Grab your favorite bread. I suggest sprouted whole grain or whole wheat. 

Top with your favorite nut butter. Peanut butter is our household favorite. 

Sprinkle with hemp hearts, flax, seeds and nuts. Drizzle with local honey.

You can also add diced fruit like apple or banana or top with dried berries.
