Salads don't have to be boring

Diced dill pickles, vegan cheese, cucumber, chilled roaster beets, tomato seasoned with everything but bagel, smashed and seasoned chickpea "tuna salad" with black salt and veganaise, and mixed greens with fresh cracked pepper and lemon drizzle. YUM!!
